Deleting Workspaces
You can delete a private workspace if you don't plan to use it, provided that there are no elements assigned to it. You cannot, however, delete a Public Workspace.
Prepareing to delete a workspace
Before you delete a workspace, unassign:
- Campaign elements: campaigns, offers, affiliate networks, traffic sources, flows
- Users
- Domains
Deleting a Workspace
- In Voluum, go to Settings / Collaboration tools.
- Click the
icon next to the given workspace to delete it.
- Click the Yes, delete button to confirm. Note that this cannot be undone.
The workspace has been deleted.

Errors when deleting workspaces
If there are problems when deleting a workspace, you will get an error message. Click Details to learn more.

You will get a list of all elements that need to be unassigned. Click the button next to a given element to change its workspace.

Once you unassign all elements, you can finally delete the workspace.
